You’ll be glad to know that your initial wellness visit will include a thorough physical examination ( including blood work ) by our physicians who are laser focused on prevention.

Once your results are analyzed, your Doctor will customize a wellness action plan based on your overall health, gender and age. Thereafter you’ll be able to schedule an appointment to visit the office for a variety of primary care medical issues including:

• High Blood Pressure
• Elevated Cholesterol
• Esophageal Reflux
• Back Strains
• Arthritis
• Asthma
• Headaches
• Cancer Screening
• Diabetes Management
• Sport Injuries

Based on the program you select you will have the option of visiting our primary care providers at 2901 St. Isabel Street location either  6 , 9  or 12  times per year.
