Tampa Heights Medical Center recently launched an exciting new program that offers substantially discounted office visits for uninsured patients who sign up for our Affordable Doctor Appointments program.

Based on the program you select you will have the option of visiting our primary care providers at our 2901 St. Isabel Street location either  6, 9  or 12  times per year.

You’ll be glad to know that once you join the program you will have the ability to go online and schedule your own appointment with our Tampa Heights Medical Center providers.

Once you are officially enrolled in the program you’ll be able to be seen for a wide variety of primary care aliments and conditions including:

• Allergies and Colds
• Annual Physicals
• Well Women Exams
• Cancer Screening
• High Blood Pressure
• Diabetes Management
• Elevated Cholesterol
